"Staying at the Superior Shores Resort. Really only one critique. They probably have one of the best views of the lake from their restaurant then any lodge on the shore. But, maybe they could have one of their maintenance folks take a bottle of windex and spend 20mins cleaning the glass on the deck windows so you can see it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Superior Shores Resort! The staff were incredibly personal and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cozy coffee and hot chocolate station in the lobby was a great touch, and we loved the festive cookie decorating station—such a fun and thoughtful detail. Our room, while it could use some modern updates, was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also had a fantastic experience at..."

"Just Spectacular!! Beautiful (the suite) rooms, whirlpool and fireplace in the room, full kitchen, gorgeous view of Lake Superior and a balcony. Fell in love when we walked in! The lobby is so welcoming, adorable and cozy and they have a hot cocoa and apple Cider bar with freshly made popcorn ! It’s so quaint! Offers a station to color rocks to leave as a memento, board games, chess, and ice skating rentals for their mini rinks. It’s also very..."

"We stayed one night in a king room with fireplace and patio. The furniture, mattress, etc. was slightly outdated and older in appearance, but we slept well. Service was outstanding. Pools were decent, hot tub was hot. Great location, a little beach, fire pits, fun games for families indoors and out. Absolutely would stay here again."

"I've stayed there several times. Great location, clean rooms, everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's relatively close to Duluth, which is a plus. I would definitely recommend staying there, especially if you are planning for a relaxing stay which doesn't involve a lot of hiking (because most of the trails are farther due north)."

"Prior to booking, the employee took extra care of our stay once I called to share that this was going to be our special, romantic stay. The employee was happy to upgrade our room to a lake view and offer champagne set. When we checked in, the room was impressive with a whirlpool and a deck overlooking the backyard and a lake. Location was amazing, just couple of minutes from the town center and 2 min drive to a golf..."

"Superior shores resort staff is absolutely spectacular! We had our engagement photos planned for the day and arrived at the resort earlier than our check in time so our room wasn’t ready. It was busy fall season so they had no empty available rooms. I asked if they knew of a rest stop nearby that we could get ready at, and the entire staff from the front desk to management to maintenance worked hard to find us a space on..."
